Position Summary: Coordinates activities to ensure the project is delivered to the agreed upon specifications, timeline and budget. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

Job Responsibilities
•    Responsible for managing several projects simultaneously from order issuance through shipment, including collection of payment.
•    Projects may include: OEM projects management, redesign, repair, and supply of highly engineered, high-speed rotating machinery and related parts.
•    Primary liaison between internal Company departments and customer. Identify critical path items, create and maintain a project schedule.
•    Monitor workflow and progress against timeline, milestones and budget, recommend/make adjustments.
•    Ensure timely and accurate completion of procedures and Quality documentation.
•    Responsible for delivering the project on time and within the budget.
•    Travel on an as-needed basis to customer and vendor sites, periodically domestic travel. 
•    Day-to-day work in an office setting with time spent on the production floor working with production staff.

Your Education Should Be…

•    BS degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferred.

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

•    2-5 years of related Manufacturing/Project Engineer/Management experience.
•    Experience with turbomachinery: turboexpanders, rotating equipment and/or compressors preferred.
•    Requires excellent language skills, verbal and written.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Advanced administrative skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft suite & PC skills.
•    Highly organized, detailed-orientated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Familiarity with reading and understanding engineering drawings, parts lists and Quality documentation.
•    College degree with proven mechanical aptitude.
•    Ability to influence all levels across the organization.
•    People-oriented, cross functional teams interfacing.
