Ensuring Chart’s Success…

What Will You Do?

· Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving product

· Works with leads, coordinators, painter and warehouse dept.

· Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department

· Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move product to and from boxing to warehouse

· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures under a manufacturing setting

· Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting

· Comply with all CHART policies and procedures

· Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department

· Ensure all products have proper identification

· Use of power tools and Bondo filler to work on touch ups as needed

· Balancing blade product per engineering specifications

· Performs other tasks as assigned

· Keep up with production demand to maintain minimum stock levels of product

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

· Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.

· Indoor working conditions

· Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· PPE must be worn at all times

· Able to work overtime as required

Your Experience Should Be...

Minimum Education:

High School Education or Equivalent

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

3-month manufacturing setting, fast paced environment or construction experience

Manual Dexterity required for operating machinery

Detail oriented and organized

Team-work oriented skills

Safety Oriented Skills

Basic Written and Verbal Skills

Understanding and reading of Tape Measure
