Chart Industries Beasly site is looking for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be located at our Beasley, Texas facility, and be responsible for supporting our Sr. Leadership team.  

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Act as the point of contact between the Beasley site executive leadership and internal/external clients
  • Maintain calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
  • Make travel arrangements, and file expense reports for Executive leadership.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs as deemed necessary.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering request when necessary
  • Welcoming Executive Leadership visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Follow up with clients about travel plans and adjust as needed, including coordinating with the client’s point of contact as the event approaches.

Your Education Should Be…

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable; relevant experience and additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage in leu of degree.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
