Chart's Beasley, TX facility is currently seeking candidates interested in the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of several projects, maintaining coordination during the project life cycle, and reviewing work for adherence to company standards of excellence. 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Define and document entire PMO Office project scope(s), objectives and desired outcome with assistance from allocated Project Manager. 
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally. 
  • Oversee and ensure project budgets are aligned based on project scope.
  • Ensure and adhere to each PMO Office project budgetary allocation
  • Work with Executive leadership and key Stakeholders to ensure project ideation and planning is understood and supported at the Business level. 
  • Main source of contact for Internal and external stakeholder communication escalations. 
  • Budget allocation and adherence
  • PMO Office Quality adherence
  • Hire the right team, internally or externally, and provide training and coaching, if needed
  • Estimate resource requirement, acquire it effectively and manage efficiently
  • Getting feedback
  • Manage PMO team's Day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for evaluating project performance

Your Education Should Be…

  • BA/BS from Accredited University

    • Engineer degree a plus

  • PMP Certification - mandatory 

  • Lean Six Sigma – preferred

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Mostly Indoor Office Environment
  • Some Outdoor/Shop Environment
  • Noisy/Loud Shop Environment
  • Travel Required 

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 10 years project management of product owner experience

  • Thorough knowledge of PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Knowledge of Pump Skids and Electrical experience desired 

  • Strong technical, organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Analytics and dashboard experience a plus
