We are inviting you to join Howden and become a trusted and valued member of our Accounts Receivable team, which is based in the Budapest Shared Service Centre. As a part of this vital team, you will manage the AR process making sure Howden meets all partner and customer requirements in a timely manner, as well as maximising cash flow, while minimising aged debt.


The main role purpose is to support the cash collection and application activities for our business units. The role holder will support the end –to –end accounts receivable process across global scope and ensure the accurate sub –ledger and vendor master data maintenance. By representing the company core values the ideal candidate will build up an excellent relationship with our partners and provide high quality service to internal and external clients as well.
 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Accounts Receivable Team
  • Actively take part in the invoicing process-Support the cash application 
  • Generate ad-hoc reports
  • Execute collection related administrative tasks, such as statement & reminder sending
     

This is an internship working Monday to Friday 30 hours a week during university time, and 40 hours a week during summer time. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.   

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Economy/Business/Accounting related study is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Fluency in both French and English language knowledge
  • Precise and proactive working attitude
  • Attention to details and accurate data management
