We are inviting you to join Howden, a Chart Industries Company and become a trusted and valued member of our IT team, which is based in the Budapest Shared Service Centre. As a part of this vital team, you will have the opportunity to report to the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager and implement and manage IT systems and platforms that deliver robust, secure and accessible end user computing solutions, including full device lifecycle management.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Hands on implementation and management of client computing technologies in a global, hybrid cloud environment
- To develop and implement client technology deployment and configuration standards and procedures
- To work closely with the IT Architecture, Security and Client Service Delivery teams to ensure technologies and standards are understood, built into processes and maintained
- To act as the technical point of contact for client device systems deployment and configuration
- To share best practice among the various IT teams on the topic of client configuration and systems management
- To identify existing or emerging technologies and make recommendations to Global IS management
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.
Your Professional Experience Should Be…
- Hands on experience in client systems management, including Microsoft InTune and SCCM.
- Strong knowledge of client technologies, in particular Windows 10/11, mobile device management and device provisioning including Windows Autopilot
- Expertise with application packaging and deployment
- Proven skills in cloud computing platforms and security, in particular Microsoft 365, Azure AD, conditional access
- Proficient in wider Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including wireless and remote access technologies
- Proven capability of managing client computers in a multi-site enterprise environment
- Ability to articulate complex issues in a manner that is understood at all levels
