What Will You Do?

  • Take full ownership of our standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing communications, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and relationship health to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and early escalation of deviations to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales)
  • Apply project management processes and follow internal procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Represent Howden, a Chart Industries Company, with professionalism and accountability.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your Experience Should Be...

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering, industrial or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple standard projects simultaneously with structured follow-through or lower-complex projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in similar roles.
  • High ethical standards, teamwork, and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize when to escalate issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel on occasion, as required.
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
  • Exposure to project management methods; certification is beneficial but not essentail
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment & general air & gas handling industry
