What Will You Do?

Reception Duties:

  • Manage lobby activity:  assist visitors, maintain site sign-in tablet (adhering to ITAR requirements), maintain lobby appearance
  • Site vending services & supplies: order and stock beverages for conference rooms, report/resolve vender services issues and handle employee refunds 
  • Training and conferences: reserves conference rooms, assist facilitators with ordering materials/supplies; handles catering and clean-up; assists out-of-town visitors with lodging and transportation, as needed
  • General site duties include, ordering supplies, distributing mail and receiving packages for the Ball Ground and corporate locations

Administrative Duties:

  • Site recognition activities:  plan monthly calendar recognition events and activities, purchase/track and report out on recognition spend providing quarterly budget update
  • Communications:  assist with creating the site monthly newsletter, quarterly employee townhalls materials, etc.
  • Assist site leadership with administrative activities related to safety, quality, purchasing, customer onsite training sessions, etc.
  • Coordinate monthly employee site meetings: schedules meetings, room setup; materials, creates monthly presentation template, manages slide presentation during meetings and assists facilitators, as necessary
  • Assist with staffing and recruitment activities, such as scheduling onsite interviews, travel reservations, reserving conference rooms, pre-employment paperwork, preparation of new hire orientation materials and packets, badges, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit. 
  • The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Your Experience Should Be...

This is a full-time ONSITE position.  

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Must be action-oriented, comfortable taking the initiative and thrive in a self-directed work environment
  • Customer service oriented; friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Will be expected to become proficient in PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets
