Ensuring Chart’s Success…

The Design Engineer II (FEA/CFD) is responsible for

• Failure mode Analysis of rotating equipment’s like fans, Blowers, Compressors and some special machineries like Gas-to-Gas heaters etc.
• Perform necessary design calculations.
• Fluid motion analysis and simulation of velocity contours using turbulence model.

• Contributing to the overall assembly / system design meets the product design requirements as stated in the Market Product Specification and regional requirements.
• Carry out the current undergoing tasks and meet expectations.
• Need to voluntarily offer our services to global counter parts and develop long term relation in terms of services.
• Work across different regions, collaboration with counterparts and clear understanding of diverse requirements

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Create and modify 3D solid models.
• Perform meshing and finite element modeling.
• Interpret results, make recommendations, and write reports.
• Optimize designs using FEA results.
• Perform Rotor Torsional analysis and frequency analysis
• Support department in continuous improvement activities.
• Support development of simulation procedures and methodologies for the department
• Create technical specifications for bought out components
• Contribute to, help define, and lead applied R&D projects for driveline FEA.
• Knowledge of Rotating equipment’s preferably

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• 5 years minimum in an engineering function

• Experience in Product Development
