Howden AMIA (Africa, Middle East, India & APAC) seeks an experienced Pricing Manager based in the Dubai office. This position will lead and implement regional pricing strategies across AMIA, driving margin improvement and sustainable growth. Act as regional pricing expert supporting commercial teams with analytics, segmentation and governance. Drive continuous improvement of pricing models, tools and processes. Provide business intelligence on sales, opportunities, margin and conversion performance. Lead localisation strategy decisions to optimise cost, delivery and competitiveness.

What Will You Do?

  • Deploy and continuously improve pricing models, tools and methodologies.
  • Drive pricing governance aligned to margin targets and growth objectives.
  • Perform advanced analytics including segmentation, regression modelling and win/loss analysis.
  • Support sales and proposals teams with pricing strategy and deal structuring.
  • Develop and maintain regional price books for parts, services and aftermarket offerings.
  • Analyse product portfolio and identify localisation vs import opportunities.
  • Build business cases supporting localisation (cost, demand, lead time, margin improvement).
  • Collaborate with global pricing, product groups, supply chain, engineering and regional business units.
  • Monitor pricing KPIs including margin, price realisation and pricing effectiveness.
  • Review and ensure CRM/data quality to support reliable analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics and customer behaviour trends.
  • Manage pricing deviations, approvals and escalation processes.
  • Drive pricing capability through training, mentoring and development of regional teams.
  • Provide structured reporting and actionable insights into booked margin, trends and sales funnel performance.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance
  • At least 10 years’ experience in pricing strategy, analytics and commercial decision making
  • Experience in parts pricing, aftermarket or industrial equipment environment
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
  • Ability to translate data into practical commercial actions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Clear communication and presentation capability
  • Experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment sector
  • Exposure to localisation or supply chain optimisation strategies
  • Experience implementing pricing systems or tools
  • Knowledge of data tools (e.g. SQL)
  • Proven experience operating in a complex multi-country environment with diverse market conditions 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across functions
