What Will You Do?

  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
    •    Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
    •    Manage the entire project life cycle:
    -    Project Planning:
        Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
        Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    o    Execution & Monitoring:
        Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
        Track project milestones and deliverables.
        Identify and mitigate risks.
    o    Stakeholder Management:
        Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
        Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
    o    Resource Management:
        Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
        Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    o    Reporting:
        Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
        Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
    •    Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
    •    Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer /talking over the phone
    •    Ability to go to customer worksite if need be. 
    •    Standing for long periods of time 

Your Experience Should Be...

Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.
•    5 + years of project management experience 
•    Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes. 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc. 
•    Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
