At our Howden Turbo Fans site in Espoo, turbo fans are sold and supported through service operations.

Our turbo fans are a mainstay for process air, process gas and MVR (Mechanical Vapour Recompression) applications, providing reliable and efficient performance to the plant owner.

Teamlead (m/f/d) Sales & Proposal - HTF Aftermarket

Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership and coordination of the sales team
  • Central coordination and governance role across Aftermarket functions (Aftermarket Sales & Proposal, Engineering, Field Service, Finance, Regional Sales)
  • Responsibility for achieving order intake and financial targets
  • Development and implementation of sales and strategic measures and initiatives to achieve the planned order intake in the sales region
  • Development and implementation of sales and strategic measures and initiatives to improve market penetration and realize growth potential in the sales region
  • Coordination of collaboration with regional units
  • Coordination of collaboration with business partners and agents
  • Support of global strategic initiatives in cooperation with other units

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Leadership experience, preferably in plant or mechanical engineering and sales, is desirable; however, the position also offers an opportunity for candidates looking to take a first step into a leadership role
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business models
  • Intercultural experience and working in international teams
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, outgoing personality are required
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is required
