Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager who will help us expand into new markets, reach potential customers, and capture further opportunities in the compressor market—a sector with a turnover exceeding 500 million EUR and strong growth potential in Europe. This role will additionally represent all other Howden & Chart products and identify turbomachinery service opportunities.

What Will You Do?

• Active sales and business development in Central Asian countries, mainly Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan.
• Frequent travel to the responsible countries and Business Units for training and meetings in Europe.
• Managing relationships with agents, existing customers, and new clients; establishing new agents when necessary.
• Communicating customer requirements to the company and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities.
• Leading the proposal/project team during the pre‑proposal phase.
• Conducting internal and external communication, client visits, and translating customer needs into comprehensive technical and commercial order specifications.
• Actively collaborating with project management teams during order execution.
• Receiving extensive training and technical field support from Business Units.
• Representing all other Howden & Chart Industries products.

Your Experience Should Be...

• Active sales experience abroad (English proficiency required; Russian is an advantage).
• A technical mindset and genuine interest in mechanical engineering.
• Relevant experience in supplying equipment to the energy, oil & gas, and chemical industries, ideally in project‑based manufacturing.
• A proactive, persistent approach
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• A collaborative approach, because success in our projects depends on teamwork
