We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager who will help us expand our presence across the Anatolia region of Türkiye, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth. In addition to the compressor product portfolio, this role will represent the full range of Howden & Chart Industries products and identify turbomachinery service opportunities.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned mid and north Anatolia region.
  • Be preferably based in Ankara.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally to Business Units across Europe for meetings and training.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, agents, contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market presence within the region.
  • Establish and manage agent networks where required.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities and solutions.
  • Lead proposal and project teams during the pre-sales and quotation phases.
  • Conduct customer visits and coordinate internal and external communication throughout the sales process.
  • Translate customer requirements into comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams during project execution.
  • Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities through CRM tools.
  • Receive ongoing technical and commercial training and support from Business Units.
  • Represent the complete Howden & Chart Industries product portfolio.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within industrial markets.
  • Experience in rotating equipment, compressors, turbomachinery, pumps, or engineered equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales processes and industrial customer requirements.
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and growing market share.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, end users, and engineering consultants.
  • Fluent Turkish and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Anatolia region and occasionally within Europe.
