What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Performs part inspections to determine acceptability of components and/or operations, documents inspections, generates reports, and maintains records of inspections
• Generates/organizes final Quality documentation for Customer submittal
• Performs receiving inspections, First Article inspections, in-process inspections, and customer inspections, as needed
• Maintains Quality documents in appropriate file systems
• Maintains gauge calibration program
• Interfaces with Customers, Auditors, and Inspectors concerning quality activities
• Generates Quality Bulletins and Requests for Deviation when necessary
• Initiates Non-Conforming Material Requests and performs liaison with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and/or Project Management as needed
• Processes Non-Conformances, Discrepant Materials, & Returned Materials (Warranty), following disposition
• Participates in Studies and Problem-Solving activities as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of and provide accurate interpretation for Engineering Drawings
