You will join a team where accuracy, listening, and collaboration are at the heart of everyday work. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of HR processes and supporting decisions that have a real impact on people. Your work will contribute to creating a fairer, more transparent, and people-centered workplace.

What Will You Do?

  • Verify attendance and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Manage relationships with the external Payroll Partner responsible for monthly payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collect and analyze data across the entire HR functionMonitor key HR metrics (e.g., Turnover, Absenteeism, etc.)
  • Transform data into clear and actionable business insights
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR information
  • Serve as a point of reference for colleagues on compensation and payroll-related matters
  • Support the administration of welfare and benefits programs, contributing to employee well-being
  • Ensure the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR requirements
  • Manage and continuously improve HR systems (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP SuccessFactors)

Your Experience Should Be...

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related analytical field)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and numbers
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
Reliable and accurate in handling information, with a curious mindset and strong attention to detail
Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively, approaching challenges with a constructive attitude
Strong commitment to data confidentiality
Able to communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively
