Human Resources Manager

What Will You Do?

• End-to-end HR agenda on site (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR systems)
• Acting as a trusted partner to management on people, organisational and change-related topics
• Payroll coordination, bonuses, salary forecasting and reporting
• Recruitment and cooperation with external agencies
• HR administration, time & attendance, social security agenda, audit preparation
• Organisation of training, wellbeing activities and medical check-ups
• Participation in HR processes, policies and projects
• Daily HR operations and internal communication
• Communication with trade unions as part of standard HR activities

Your Experience Should Be...

• University degree (at least a Bachelor’s degree) in humanities or economics
• Experience in HR (senior HR Generalist / HR Manager / HR Business Partner role)
• Good knowledge of Czech labour law
• Experience with comprehensive HR agenda and operations
• Independence and proactivity
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Communicative level of English
