What will you do…
- Develop and maintain Charts portfolio of engineering software applications to support internal and external business functions.
- Create and manage user support documentation, ensuring clear and effective guidance for engineering and sales teams.
- Deliver high-quality fully functional software solutions aligned with project timelines and objectives.
- Gather and analyse user requirements through interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure applications meet evolving business needs.
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to enhance productivity and application use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of software applications.
- Collaborate with clients to design and develop intuitive and effective user interfaces.
- Learn, follow, and adapt to professional software development processes and best practices.
- Engage with users at all levels to discuss and gather program requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of application development, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
What do you bring...
An ideal candidate would likely have the following experience;
- Strong experience in .NET and .NET Core for developing robust applications.
- Proficiency in C# for building scalable, maintainable code.
- Experience with SQL Server for efficient data management.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, especially Bootstrap and CSS, to create responsive and visually consistent user interfaces within Blazor applications.
- Experience working in an agile software development team.
- A keen interest in software development, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software languages and technologies.
- Ability to use creativity and innovation to solve complex software problems sustainably.
- Capability to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

It would be an added benefit to have the following skills;
- Proficiency in User Interface development.
- Experience covering all areas of the software development lifecycle - specification, design, coding, testing, debugging, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience working in a team using Source Code Management, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of C++ is a plus.
- Experience with Blazor.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
