The Role

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking for a role where you can build relationships, develop organisational skills and gain exposure across a global engineering business?

We're looking for an Operations & Apprentice Co-ordinator to join our team in Renfrew. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established apprenticeship programme while gaining broad exposure across Operations, HR and Learning & Development.

You'll work closely with apprentices, managers, mentors, HR and external training providers, ensuring apprentices receive the support, development and guidance they need throughout their journey.

Alongside this, you'll support a variety of operational activities, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in operations, people development, HR or business support.
