Howden Thomassen Compressors (HTC) is a leading global engineering business who focuses on providing mission critical air and gas handling products to our clients, helping them to increase their environmental and operational efficiencies. This Product Sales Manager role is dedicated to our reciprocating compressors, with a specific focus on the aftermarket business. The position will operate across global markets, driving growth, supporting regional teams, and strengthening our worldwide aftermarket strategy for recip compressor solutions.

What Will You Do?
- Have the knowledge of all the projects and market developments within your responsible region
- Prepares commercial account plans, proposing strategies (effort, marketing, presence) to increase our market share
- Initiate, implement and execute winning strategy to sell new services and solutions
- Build strong lasting relationships, maximize Howden order bookings and keep a good eye on the margin development
- Initiate meetings with all stakeholders, engineering, R&D, marketing and company heads to drive the business.
What Will You Need?
• Relevant Bachelor degree
• General technical knowledge of Industrial Markets Oil and Gas, datacenters, HVAC preferred, and specific knowledge and experience on Recip Compressors
• Experience with consultative selling methods
• Be able to switch between positioning/technical support, technical consultative selling, and proposal consulting
• Excellent interpersonal skills including an open and engaging communication style
• Self-starter and a Team player
• Ability to travel and align with different cultures
• Fluency in English and Dutch language skills
