What Will You Do?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong numerical acumen and a solid understanding of key business KPIs, including Margin Analysis, Sales Forecasting, On‑Time Delivery (OTD), and related performance metrics.

He/she will be working closely with planning and procurement, production to provide a regular update on projects, any cost overrun, planning – material procurement gap and highlight the risk of project delay and cost overrun.

Should have detailed eye for numbers, and be able to churn numbers, analyse the trend and provide timely actionable insights.

Should work closely with Projects, Planning, Procurement and Finance.

Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is essential. Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Dashboard, Power BI reporting will be a added advantage.

Your Experience Should Be...

Candidates should have a strong background in Project Management, with at least 10 years of overall experience. Of this, a minimum of 8 years must involve managing multiple complex projects within the Cryogenic, Boiler, or Industrial Products Manufacturing domains.

In addition, the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a mid‑management role, leading a team of Project engineers.
