Your Experience Should Be...

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 12 to 15 Years of experience preferably in designing of Cryogenic, LNG, Pressure Vessels & Boilers. 

Computer Skills in AutoCAD, PV-Elite, Solid Works, Creo, Compress, SAP, Mathcad & MS Excel 

Working knowledge in all International Codes & Standards 

Good Exposure in ASME Section VIII div 1 & 2 U Stamping, ASME B 16.5, ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.3, EN Codes PED, API and IS.

What Will You Do?

• Consult with Sales personnel, Engineers and Customers to develop process designs and engineering solutions to meet customers specified needs.

• Provide technical specifications, bases of proposal and process support to sales personnel.
• Prepare detailed design of pressure vessels in PV-Elite & Tank required for execution of projects
• Carry out the engineering design activities – basic engineering, plant layout and system engineering necessary to fulfil the requirements of the assigned project work.

• Mechanical design of Pressure parts as per ASME Codes (Section VIII div.1, Section I, PD 5500).
• Preparing piping layout and Isometric drawings.
• Co-ordinate with customers for execution of the design& projects
• Checking the assembly drawing and Isometric drawings with P & I diagram.
• Complete all the specifications and documentation required for the manufacture and/or procurement of equipment necessary for the successful execution of the assigned work.

• Select the materials and components required
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant statutory requirements, and India and ISO standards, as applicable.
• Prepare for tendering layout designs.
• Ensure that all work undertaken conforms to the requirements of the Company’s Quality System.
• Interface with the Client and vendors as required for purchase and fabrication work.
• Regularly visit the sites to see the progress of the project as per the design.
