We are currently seeking a Mold Room Machine Operator I in the US to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Aftermarket CPI business. In this role you will be responsible for working on compressor repair parts. 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

•    Mold various size billets, PTFE valve liners and encapsulated discs with all molding methods. 
•    Blend materials in accordance with engineering standards and procedures.
•    Responsible for the proper utilization of tools and equipment necessary to produce molded products in accordance with engineering standards.
•    Assure maximum cleanliness of both molds and materials is maintained at all times during the course of operation. 
•    Load molds with proper materials and operate equipment with established procedures in order to fabricate preformed parts.
•    Maintains accurate production records and job history
•    Keeps a clean and orderly work area
•    Performs any other assigned duty as directed by management.
 

Your Education Should Be…

•    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Continuous standing and lifting of 5 to 35 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pulling, pushing and climbing.
  • Must be able to operate a sit down forklift and stand up (cherry picker) 4.Able to work in extreme temperatures, cold and hot
  • Must be able to read tape measurements
  • Must be able to follow routine procedures.
  • Must be able to use complex equipment requiring continuous attention. 8.Must be able to make minor decisions.
