What Will You Do?

The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales team key account manager by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.

Accountabilities:

  1. Sending an inter-company enquiry to correspond PBU and support account manager providing quotation.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  3. Sending the invoice to the customer and close the project in the ERP
  4. Providing the finance team with tariff info and actual cost.
  5. This role also involves coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  6. Legal, Health and Safety
  7. Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace
  8. Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you are performing your duties

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location will be in Taipei, Taiwan.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • 2+ years previous inside sales experience or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of rotating machines
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience to proactively and independently solve problems, think laterally and identify corrective actions
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple customers
  • Strong inter-personal skills coupled with the ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels
  • Customer focus: identify and effectively respond to the diverse needs of customers and staff.
  • Planning and organizing able to manage activities and issues, with the ability to identify and manage contingencies and risks
