What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Collects, assembles, reviews for completeness, and verifies documentation according to strict industrial manufacturing codes required for traceability for each vessel produced.
  • Assembles, reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assists in the coordination between Manufacturing and Quality for the destructive and non-destructive testing of all material as required by the applicable code.
  • Assists other Quality personnel when needed by performing duties in their absence.
  • Provides Customer and Customer Service support with documentation and vessel records when necessary.
  • Performs internal audits in accordance with International Standards.
  • Performs Master Control administrative updates and maintenance as required.
  • Prepares various work packages for production including but not limited to (customer documents, travelers, work instructions, drawings bill of sale).
  • Maintains documentation for the department.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Your Education Should Be…

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years related experience.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and sit.  Frequently uses hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.  Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.  Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color evaluations and the ability to adjust focus.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret production related documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • General knowledge of ISO procedures, preferred.
