Chart's Tulsa, OK facility is currently seeking candidates interested in the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of several projects, maintaining coordination during the project life cycle, and reviewing work for adherence to company standards of excellence.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for Air Cooled Heat Exchanger manufacturing projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, maintaining clear communication throughout the project
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, timelines, and budgetary status
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals
  • Work with Executive leadership and key Stakeholders to ensure project ideation and planning is understood and supported at the Business level

Your Education Should Be…

  • BS from an Accredited University
    • Engineering degree desired
  • PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma is a plus

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Mostly Indoor Office Environment
  • Some Outdoor/Shop Environment
    • Noisy/Loud Shop Environment
  • May Require Travel

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 5 years project management of product owner experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate
  • Knowledge in:
    • PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
    • Air Cooled Heat Exchanger 
    • Relevant industry codes and standards
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
    • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
    • Micrsoft Project
    • Analytics and Dashboard experience
