About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Customer Services team in Zuidland, the Netherlands. In this role, you'll support our sales activities while helping customers keep their compressor systems running at peak performance through maintenance plans, OEM parts, service solutions, repairs, and equipment upgrades. As the connection between our customers and internal teams, you'll manage sales administration, process and maintain accurate customer data, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Services.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Accurate and timely processing of customer inquiries and orders in ERP and other systems, including first-line customer support.
  • Preparation of cost overviews and correct administrative handling of orders, PO’s, invoicing, and related data.
  • Coordination of parts ordering and delivery, including OTD follow-up and issue resolution (e.g. incorrect deliveries).
  • Administrative support to sales, procurement, and engineering.
  • Support in accounts receivable and general recording of sales and procurement data.

What do you need to bring?

  • MBO (vocational) or higher education, preferably with experience in administrative tasks within a technical environment.
  • High level of accuracy with the ability to work independently and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and a clear customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible and able to adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English.
