Maintenance/Field Services Technician

We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician Shop to join our Mainteancne Shop Team located in Zuidland and who will assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come. We ensure that compressors continue to operate for years to come through maintenance plans, supply of OEM parts, service calls and equipment modifications to today's technology or changed operating conditions and repairs. The Technicians perform under supervision of the Supervisor Shop Floor for compressor systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment, particularly reciprocating compressors according with the customer’s set safety and quality requirements. 

What needs to be done?

• Make the necessary preparation for work orders applied by the Engineering and Work preparation department including the required materials and tools. 
• Independently carry out work according to the established work order. 
• Preparation of Measurement protocols and Inspection reports. 
• Independently reading technical drawings and choosing the best possible technical solutions with engineering. 
• Follows up on set quality and safety requirements. Observes and reports unsafe situations. 
• Contributes to the improvement of own safety and quality awareness.

• MBO – Technical such as Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience with reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment 
• VCA - Full 
• Service-oriented/customer-oriented
