What Will You Do?

Primary Objective of the Role
1. Manage operational capacity in Spain and Portugal.
2. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.
3. Expand the business by generating additional revenue through the identification and leveraging of unmet market needs.

Responsibilities
1. Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Oversee and execute the maintenance, repair, and installation of reciprocating compressors.
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and uphold operational excellence.
4. Clarify client requirements and deadlines as needed.
5. Support the EMENA group by providing technical assistance and expertise.
6. Manage internal and external vendors to obtain accurate pricing and delivery lead times.
7. Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts.
8. Process client purchase orders promptly.
9. Contact clients to discuss and resolve any discrepancies regarding the accuracy of their orders.
10. Enhance client relationships and foster loyalty by offering faster response times and improved service quality.
11. Safeguard revenue by avoiding penalties and preventing the loss of business opportunities.
12. Improve operational efficiency by reducing reliance on external contractors.
13. Update data in supporting databases as required.
14. Coordinate and optimize daily operations in Spain and Portugal, thereby driving increased efficiency and productivity.
15. Oversee quality assurance, thereby contributing to overall client satisfaction.

Your Skills and Experience Should Be...

Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors

  1. Technical training in machining
  2. Technical training in industrial mechatronics
  3. At least 2 years of experience
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  5. Advanced office software skills (Excel)
  6. Intermediate level of English (B2), both spoken and written
  7. Strong communication skills

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors

  1. Advanced computer proficiency, with experience using MS Office applications
  2. Advanced level of English (C1-C2), both spoken and written
  3. Detail-oriented
