Earthly Labs, a Chart Industries company, is seeking a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Austin, TX (or remote). Born in Austin and on a mission to keep the planet cool by avoiding the release of 1 billion metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, we serve the craft beer and climate tech industry with the world’s first plug-and-play carbon capture solution. CiCi™ helps brewers, wineries, and distilleries reduce their carbon footprint, lower their operating costs and make their best beverage ever! We currently need outstanding team members to help us meet and support our customers. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with technical problems using our products, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

 

  • Manage customer onboarding kick-off calls and presentations throughout the company
  • Manage customer tickets that come through the customer service portal
  • Serve as the point of contact for general inquiries and customers pre and post-installation
  • Answer customer questions promptly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Answer tickets and elevate urgent tickets to the appropriate manager to solve promptly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys
  • Present opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Manage customer reference program and case study programs

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

 

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate in a team environment with various departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Experience using Zendesk customer support software (preferred)
  • Familiarity with customer service departments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Familiarity with brewing industry (preferred)

 

Your Education Should Be…

 

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent

 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

 

  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting, lift up to 15 lbs
