IMB Srl, part of CHART INDUSTRIES Inc., a world leader in the development of technical solutions for the cryogenic, petrochemical and automotive industries, is looking for an HSE MANAGER/RSPP for the site located near Cremona.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

The ideal profile is well versed in all industry regulations, constantly and proactively updates and acts as a point of reference for figures in the company's prevention hierarchy, prevention actors, various representatives, management and all Workers. The resource is responsible for coordinating all activities related to Safety, Environment, Health issues and updating related documentation, in synergy with the local HSE Department and the HSE Director. 

Specifically, the position involves the following tasks:

- Analyze production processes, factory operations and related business risks in order to identify appropriate preventive and protective measures.

- Ensure the application and compliance with current Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, providing support to Management in order to facilitate company coordination and uniformity.

- Ensure that the Organization is aware of its legal obligations regarding Health, Safety and Environment, keeping it constantly informed of the different administrative arrangements necessary to meet these obligations;

- Support the HSE Director in drafting, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, operating instructions and overseeing processes to ensure compliance with the requirements of Management Systems and ISO 14001 and 45001 Certifications.

- Promote the establishment of periodic Health, Safety, Environment, ESG and Sustainability goals at the plant level, specifying action plans and resources required, and systematically monitoring their proper fulfillment;

- Promote corrective/preventive actions and opportunities for improvement, spurring staff to acquire skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties;

- Promote the proper use of root cause analysis and identification tools in order to avert accidents or problems of all kinds in the workplace.

- Manage and plan safety and environmental training for relevant personnel, appropriate PPE and health surveillance.

Requirements & Qualifications...

- Bachelor's degree or technical high school preferably in a mechanical field
- Possession of RSPP qualification;
- Previous experience of 5 years in a similar role gained within production realities, possibly engineering sector;
- Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations;
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Qualified to exercise the role of safety trainer
