Project Manager - Oil & Gas

IMB Srl, part of Chart Industries Inc. is worldwide renowned for its expertise meeting challenging heat exchanger requirements, including high pressures and temperatures, complex fabrication, critical welding and specialist metallurgy, for multiple applications across the oil and gas refining and petrochemical processing sectors.

We’re in search of a PROJECT MANAGER – OIL & GAS, fundamental to the successful execution of challenging and complex projects around the globe. Be involved from the start by defining the project scope, goals, deadlines, cost and risks; to the end by meeting or exceeding the project's overall success to the stakeholders. He/She will be supported through the project by diversified teams from operations personnel, business leadership, engineers, procurement, finance and other resources to get the satisfaction of a project well done!

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to
• Analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Ensure that all project administration is completed ad project tools are maintained
• Lead production reviews with key subject matter experts at the plant (planning, operations, supply, engineering, quality, etc) and communicate project requirements
• Lead manufacturing KOM and follows-up on KOM open action items with respective team members
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and production on status and inquiries; go to point for technical revisions
• Manages the customer or its representative during visits and inspections at factory site

Qualifications & Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar background

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in EPC projects.

Experience project management.

Excellent project management

Availability to travel abroad (10% of working time)
