What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

· Provides technical guidance to entire company on the most robust methods of processing and process controls.

· Responsible for making sure manufacturing cycles are in line with company IQMS standards and to make improvement as necessary.

· Responsible for providing technical support to Quality for NCR and CR actions including help driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal quality problems or customer complaints.

· Analyze and identify process improvement opportunities from order entry to shipping at our Beasley site.

· Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies.

· Manage and lead capital projects to enhance overall efficiency.

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for progress tracking.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

· Be role model in adapting Lean principles and coach on Lean behavior.

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or related discipline

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing environment including but not limited to process engineering.

· 3+ years' experience in Basic project management skills.

· Proven skills in change management.

· Practical application of problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean A3, Six Sigma tools).
