Receiving Coordinator

Our Beasley, TX facility has an opening for Receiving Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day-to-day support for receiving. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to Safety, Quality and Efficiency.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Monitors and tracks incoming materials
• Prepares and maintains receiving reports documenting the quantity and quality of received materials.
• Coordinates with buyers to ensure the accurate acceptance of goods and return and replacement of all defective goods.
• Ensures that incoming shipments are routed to appropriate storage or manufacturing locations.
• Communicates with other departments in coordinating raw materials, parts, assemblies, completed units, and documentation
• Continually evaluates workflow and processes to identify opportunities for improvements

Your Education Should Be…

Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Movement around a manufacturing setting
• Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting
• Indoor and Outdoor

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. 2 years of related experience required.
