Receiving Coordinator

We are hiring for our Beasley, TX location! We currently have a Receiving Coordinator position for individuals interested in working for a global company with a family values culture. Our skilled workforce incorporates the highest levels of engineering technology, superb craftsmanship and first-class quality into every product we design and fabricate.

What Will You Do?

• Unloading delivery trucks.
• Inspecting and cross referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices.
• Organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests.
• Managing inventory.
• Overseeing the shipping and receiving process.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinating shipping and receiving schedules.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Safely operate warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Must be able to work inside and outside
• Hot in the summer, cold in the winter
• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
• Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
• Repetitive hand movements during work process

Your Experience Should Be...

• 3-5 years warehouse experience
• Manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with use of hand tools
• Understanding pull tickets
• Computer Savvy 
• Proficient in Microsoft
