We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring for hourly and salaried production roles during a critical staffing period. This onsite contract role will focus on recruiting, screening, and hiring candidates for positions such as Production Operators, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, and other skilled manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, understands hourly workforce dynamics, and can manage multiple requisitions while partnering closely with operations and HR.

What Will You Do?
Key Responsibilities
Manage high‑volume hourly recruiting for manufacturing roles including Operators, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, and Warehouse positions
Partner with operations leaders, HR, and staffing agencies to understand workforce needs and timelines
Post jobs, source candidates, and manage applicant flow through ATS and recruiting platforms
Conduct phone screens, and onsite interviews
Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding activities
Extend job offers and guide candidates through pre‑employment processes
Track and report recruiting metrics including time‑to‑fill and hiring status
Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and employment laws
Provide regular progress updates to leadership

Qualifications
2+ years of manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume hourly hiring
Experience recruiting operators, welders, maintenance, or skilled trades strongly preferred
Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Preferred Skills
High‑volume or project‑based recruiting experience
Staffing agency or contract recruiting background
Hiring event coordination experience
Familiarity with manufacturing shift schedules
