The company’s Shared Service Centre in Budapest was launched in 2015 and employs more than 140 people who provide support in Finance, Procurement, Logistic, Data & BI, HR and more.

What Will You Do...

  • Lead implementation of new features and enhancements in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Compensation, People Analytics, Role Based Permissions, and other modules as needed.
  • Support integration projects through necessary system analysis, configuration, and data loads while working closely with the HRIS Integration Specialist and other key roles within the organization.
  • Provide friendly and timely system support to the HR organization and create/update employee guides and training documents as needed.
  • Identify, propose, and deliver HRIS Roadmap projects and enhancements that will support the needs of the business and create efficiencies within the system

 

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.   

What Do You Bring...

  • 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors in key modules: Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting, People Analytics.
  • Working in a global organization in an international environment. 
  • Creating custom fields, business rules, field associations, role-based permissions, approval workflows, picklists, as well as importing data. 
  • Creating custom objects and user interfaces would be preferred but not required.
  • Degree in Technical Discipline or Business Degree with a Technology focus; preferably a 4 year degree or higher
