We are seeking a digitally skilled, detail-oriented and highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our supply chain team to accelerate the digital maturity of our Procurement organisation.  This role will be a bridge with business stakeholders and the global data team to ensure strategic procurement objectives are turned it to actionable data insights.  The position has a direct/solid reporting line to the Procurement Excellence Director and a dotted reporting line to the IT BI & Data Analytics Manager.

What Will You Do?

Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing

  • Develop process to extract and join data from multiple sources to support conflict minerals compliance and carbon tracking initiatives.
  • Leverage tools such as Power BISnowflake to integrate supplier sustainability data from various ERP Systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) and reporting against ESG targets.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to automate sustainability reporting and identify opportunities for emissions reduction.

Supplier Risk Intelligence

  • Design and implement processes to enhance supplier risk visibility by integrating internal procurement data with external risk intelligence platforms.
  • Build views to merge and filter risk indicators to develop risk dashboards and alerts to support proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of a supplier risk framework and maturity model.

Business Analyses for Procurement & Category Management

  • Work with Category Managers to align supplier and spend data with strategic sourcing categories and subcategories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Data validation: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in a complex, fragmented environment.

 

Supplier Performance Management 

  • Design queries to calculate and implement performance tracking tools to monitor supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Automate and aggregate performance scorecards and generate insights to support supplier reviews and corrective action planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics and reporting standards

 

E-Tools Enablement & Community of Practice

  • Support the administration and monitoring of e-Procurement tools including e-Auctions, eRFQs, and contract catalogues.
  • Lead a Procurement Community of Practice to promote digital tool adoption, share best practices, and build a pipeline of e-Auction opportunities.
  • Develop training materials, templates, and playbooks to enhance user experience and supplier engagement

 

Digital Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency, transparency, and value delivery.
  • Use process mining tools to identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend automation opportunities using RPA or low-code platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure procurement data is integrated, accessible, and aligned with enterprise data strategies.
  • Develop BI reports to support sourcing and contract management activities.
  • Engage in exploring and piloting AI driven tools and technologies.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, technical or business.
  • Demonstrable relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Finance, Economics, IT
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, procedures and theory
  • Advanced competency in MS Office, strong excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas
  • Solid experience in Power BI : report development and visualization basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Systems & data driven – knowledge of market data analysis
  • Strong communicator, with a written / visual style that engages others
  • Persuasive, persistent and focused on delivering results
  • Openness to leveraging AI-driven solutions for process optimization in the future
