 We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to deliver innovative and marketing content to internal and external customers in our Buffalo, NY office.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • For internal customers, such as Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives, the individual will utilize digital, printed media and other delivery mechanisms to efficiently promote Chart & Howden solutions, capabilities and connectivity to the end-users.
  • For external customers, such as end-users, the individual will liaise sales and other teams to develop a comprehensive external campaign and communications plans. 
  • The individual will be exposed to near-category skills through development plans and objective setting for strategy, sales channel management, marketing management and information technologies.
  • Support brand standards and be the local “Brand Champion” by Coordinating marketing and external branded document material development and ensure materials adhere to brand standards throughout all business units. Will conduct brand audits to ensure proper branding.
  • Support, work collaboratively with aftermarket teams to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing plans (annual basis, internal & external).
  • Enhance brand awareness, keep key stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication plan for key industries and New Product Development based on the organizations strategic plan.
  • Handle internal communications such as internal monthly newsletters, company intranet, etc.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for aftermarket
  • Establish yearly campaign plans based on market analysis, company strategy, and feedback and support from sales and commercial leadership.
  • Develop and implement a range of communication materials, including sales tools, brochures, content, emails, and other marketing collateral as needed to company brand standards.
  • Lead and execute planning of Marketing-related responsibilities and coordinate with other business entities.
  • Evaluate campaign execution and develop plan for “best practices” to be distributed to other business units.
  • Work as necessary with global and local internal customers to insure campaign awareness, coordination, and other aspects are executed to plan.
  • Lead project management and material development for all aftermarket trade shows within region
  • Coordinate entire show and lead pre and post show activities
  • Lead employees in lead capture and follow-up to determine show value
  • Develop & reevaluate trade show plan on an annual basis to ensure that they are still the best shows and give positive ROI
  • Develop and maintain booth that stops and engages attendees long enough for employees to qualify
  • Mange local customer Net Promotor Score process
  • Coordinate the release of customer NPS surveys
  • Collate and report on customer feedback to help drive net promoter status
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry best practices to develop and maintain competitive advantage
  • Partner with all central functions such as Quality, Engineering, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure that enabling strategies and tactics are in place and are consistent with broader business strategies and tactics.
  • Engage in continuous improvement for processes included in and adjacent to job role. Recognize and resolve customer satisfaction issues (both internal and external).

Your Education Should Be…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related discipline

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Office Environment
  • Lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other movement as necessary
  • Computer usage

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Uses oral and written communication skills effectively
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Power Point, Word, Excel.
  • Experience within a B2B marketing environment.
  • Market analysis skills/experience gained via course work or employment experience.
  • Forms constructive relationships.
  • Experience/knowledge with industry standard CRM systems.
  • Design and Graphic Software Experience
  • Ability to:
    • Adhere to Company Standards and Values
    • Meet deadlines for assignments
    • Interact personably with co-workers and associates

Howden is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.  The pay range for this position is $55,500.00 - 69,100.00 Annual (USD).  The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
