Customer Account Representative

Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Our Inside Account Representatives ensure our customers receive the best experience possible through accurately processing orders and requests, consistent communication, and effective coordination with other areas of the business.  This role is remote, but the individual must live in the greater Atlanta area or within an hour of New Prague, Minnesota.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

Primary responsibilities for this position include quotation of Chart products, management of sales and service orders and post-sale support. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will work closely with customers, Product Management and Supply Chain teams at our US facilities and the Chart sales team.

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

This is a remote role, which involves heavy computer work.

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• 5 years of experience working in customer facing roles
• Order management experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• JDE or similar ERP experience, a plus
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment, requiring strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• International experience, a plus
