Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
The main goal of this position is to effectively oversee and manage all manufacturing operations within the business. This role entails complete accountability for the manufacturing of products, which includes formulating and implementing strategies, plans, and initiatives aimed at producing and delivering high-quality products to customers promptly while ensuring profitability. Furthermore, the role involves providing strategic guidance and direction to the board to help the company achieve its financial vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
What Will You Do?
**Responsibilities**
• Oversee the manufacturing operations across all company locations and ventures.
• Manage facility profit, gross margin, cash flow, and return on capital (R.O.C.).
• Provide strategic advice and report findings and results to board members.
• Participate in the development of the facility's strategic and financial plans, including the capital budget. Control and report results in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that employees are aligned with the strategic direction necessary to accomplish the company’s mission.
• Manufacture and deliver high-quality products to customers in a manner that meets or exceeds industry and customer expectations.
• Research and implement new initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and reducing operating costs while maintaining competitive quality products and providing excellent customer support.
• Oversee the procurement process.
• Ensure the efficient utilization of company assets, including inventory management, collection of receivables, and the upkeep, enhancement, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Guarantee product quality assurance in compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Manage human relations by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, overseeing hiring, reductions, development, and training.
• Ensure plant safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with a Master of Business Administration (preferred).
- A minimum of 18 to 25 years of experience in the heavy engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with similar products, such as cryogenic vessels, tanks, industrial fans, compressors, or blowers, would be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in general operations management within a manufacturing environment.
