As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base within our industrial territories. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic approaches to secure high-value contracts. You will play a crucial role in managing proposals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and grow customer relationships in assigned geographic territories and with key clients.
  • Identify high-priority projects and coordinate proposal delivery with the Proposal team.
  • Establish and implement strategic ‘win’ strategies through agents and direct client engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing bookings within the assigned territory.
  • Develop existing client relationships while proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Present company products and capabilities to potential customers, influencing specifications.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
