The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative and tactical work processes to support the Aftermarket division. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement activities, benefits administration, payroll administration, workers compensation and regular data maintenance in the HRIS. 

 

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in data analysis, customer service and a strong problem-solver who is skilled in resolving people issues and committed to creating a culture of engagement.

This position is located in either Buffalo, NY or Franklin, IN.

What Will You Do?

 

  • Provide overall administrative support to Human Resources department with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Responsible for data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for several locations.
  • Process employee status changes (department, job title, personal information, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Generate reports or queries and provide summaries of data.
  • Manages the timekeeping process and serves as the liaison between employees and payroll.
  • Leads the recruitment process primarily for hourly employees.
  • Facilitates the orientation, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Support in the coordination of annual programs.

  • Computer and screen work more than 90% of the time
  • Manufacturing Plant required PPE when necessary

Your Experience Should Be...

 

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in human resources, benefit administration, payroll and HRIS
  • Analytical thinker with strong prioritization skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to handle and successfully complete multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Decision-making ability, commitment to high standards and strong commitment to team approach
  • Customer service skills are paramount to success
  • Ability to handle extremely confidential information with a high degree of professionalism

 

Your Education Should Be…

 

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • aPHR or PHR certification is desired
