Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will coordinate all field jobs (Repair, Rescue, Instrumentation, Field Service Engineers).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (scope):
  • Take calls from all customers requesting service.
  • Able to develop scope of supply and manpower needs to deliver entire scope in a timely fashion.
  • Work with Shop Coordinator to get the right equipment and any special needs that the crew may need.
  • Able to identify shipping needs for all equipment and have shipped in an appropriate manner.
  • Assist with Project Management on small jobs.
  • Able to understand scope needs and work with all Chart Lifecycle locations for manpower needs.
  • Able to track current jobs and input data.
  • Communicate with Business Development on a daily basis in regard to Proposals that have been sent and field questions from customers.
  • Work with Project Controls in regard to Estimating and Mobilization timelines.
  • Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Report to Director of Operations monthly on job status.
  • Conduct weekly manpower meetings company wide.

     

     

 Qualifications needed:

 

 Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.

 

  • Experience with BAHX repairs and installation
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and must possess strong computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Strong management skills, self-starter, dedicated to the cause, a team player.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Come from a service/repair or construction background
