The New Iberia facility specializes in cold box assembly and fabrication, pressure vessels and other cryogenic equipment as used for the air separation and hydrocarbon industries. The end users of this equipment include all the major LNG, petrochemical and air separation engineering on a worldwide basis. The facility is located at the Port of Iberia.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide support with talent acquisition, performance management, workforce development and training.
  • Manages payroll processing and timekeeping administration.
  • Demonstrates ability to exercise good judgment and ability to facilitate change.
  • Ability to utilize data to support decisions and drive improvement while providing an integrated view of all facets of HR performance.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
  • Supports administration of employee health benefit programs.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Able to communicate at all levels of the organization with confidence.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10+ years related experience in related field.
  • Candidates should have prior HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
  • Must understand payroll regulations, benefit administration, HR legal issues.
  • Prefer experience with payroll/HRIS applications including ADP, Kronos and Success Factors.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
