What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and report budget updates to management

Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans

Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change

Monitor Engineering

Coordinate production schedule with AFE schedule

Anticipate and avoid interference between production and third-party contractors

Report regular progress of third-party contractors

Manage and mitigate change orders

Control costs to stay within budget

Planning, directing and coordinating the construction project

Establish and monitor milestones on the project

Ability to multi-task and adjust workloads due to changes in priority  

Your Education Should Be…

Five years of experience in construction management or related field

Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering degree preferred

Computer skills and knowledge of Primavera (P6) required

Must be attentive to detail and possess good communication skills

Must have good coordination skills and people skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Timeliness in completion of projects. Ability to communicate well and work consistently in a production driven manufacturing environment. Must be a self-starter and able to identify areas which need immediate or future attention and to set-up and prioritize assignments. Outgoing personality and willing to work with all levels of management and ability to earn the respect of shop floor production personnel.
