Ensuring Chart’s Success…

The Graphic Designer will coordinate closely with the Global Marketing Manager and marketing team, Product Managers and Sales Managers to produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback received.

This position will be based out of our New Prague, MN location, with flexibility for remote work. 

 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Image and layout designs for print and electronic media
  • Create a OneChart™ template
    • Move all current literature and new acquisitions’ literature into OneChart™ template
    • Update specs and create new literature documents (spec sheets/brochures/catalogs/data book)
    • Update literature with current phone numbers & Chart logo with new tagline
    • Customized/co-branded literature
    • FlipHTML5 (flipbooks) document updates
    • Promotional new product flyers
    • Tradeshow booth graphics and banners
    • Product labels
    • HR safety signs
    • Postcard mailers
    • Infographics/logos/icons
    • Edit and manipulate pictures
    • Social media graphics
    • Magazine ad design
    • Territory maps and contacts flyers
    • Creating print-ready PDFs for sending to the printer
    • Interactive animations
  • Video editing/creation
  • HTML coding for website/newsletter design

Your Education Should Be…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Lift up to 15 pounds
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and QuarkXPress
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • To be successful in this role, candidate must be creative and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be well-organized, have good time-management skills and be able to act without guidance
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team, be able to quickly adapt to change
