VRV, a Chart Industries group company, is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil&Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Creating technical drawings of pressure equipment, heat exchangers, and mechanical components in accordance with customers' technical specifications and international standards (ASME VIII Div. I & II, EN-13445, AD-2000)
  • Development of detailed mechanical designs for production, considering workshop-specific tolerances, materials and machining processes.
  • Collaboration with the job order Project Engineer to analyze and define optimal technical solutions to be adopted on the project.
  • Management of design changes in collaboration with the Project Engineer and production departments.
  • Management of BOM and issuance of purchase requisitions.

Requirements & Qualifications…

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Deep knowledge of CAD software for 2D design (preferably 2D Drafting).
  • At least 2/3 years' experience in mechanical design, preferably in oil & gas, industrial plants or pressure equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and design standards for pressure equipment (e.g., ASME, PED, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Knowledge of the English language.
