What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations of piping systems, Process Optimization and sizing.
  • Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Reports, Manuals, Technical Files and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
  • Review/Approval of Clients and Vendors documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
  • Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
  • Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Performing optimization tests.
  • Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
  • Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
  • Liase with principal internal and external stakeholders such as Clients, Vendors, Product and Project Managers, Engineering, Purchase and Production Department to assess and provide process documents and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring upgrades systems.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be…

  • Bachelor or Master degree of chemical/mechanical engineering, or other technical majority.
  • Academic experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of process engineering software systems.
  • Basic knowledge of design, technology and manufacturing principles.
  • PC skills including CAD systems at user level, especially 2D/3D CAD, Solidworks, Creo Element Direct and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of “Pressure Equipment Directive” is a plus.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and demanding conditions.
  • Ability to work in a team, proactivity and good problem-solving skills complete the profile we are looking for.
