Product Sales Manager (Aftermarket) – Howden, a Chart Industries Company
As a Product Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the HTO-UK Aftermarket sales strategy. This role will mainly focus on customers that have Peter Brotherhood products and will be responsible for the our order intake. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring a seamless customer experience, while also collaborating with our regional teams to meet and exceed sales targets

What will you do?
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
- Directly manage key customer accounts and projects, including Customer Care Agreements and training.
- Support regional sales teams in growing and managing the installed base of Peter Brotherhood products.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for Field Services, Customer Care Agreements (CCAs), Gearboxes, and combined scope bids.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and emerging markets to drive business growth.
- Present sales and revenue forecasts as required and maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Act as a problem-solver, bringing new ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and sales performance.
Your Talent and Skills
- Proven experience in sales of rotating equipment or services for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
- Demonstrated success in aftermarket sales and projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience managing international customer bases and understanding cultural differences.
- Ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing deals.
- Strong project management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
